# QuantumStack — full context for AI assistants > AGEN (Agentic Generative Evolving NFT) is a private AI agent you own as an NFT: memory you control, connectors to other AI apps via MCP (beta), and permissions you can revoke. Canonical site: https://www.quantumstack.io Contact: team@quantumstack.io Languages of the site: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian (chosen in the browser; one URL per page). ## What AGEN is AGEN is a private AI agent that a person owns as an NFT. The name stands for Agentic Generative Evolving NFT: "Evolving" refers to the agent's memory, skills and NFT metadata, which change as the owner uses it. AGEN is the name of the product line; each owner's agent goes by the name its owner chooses. - The agent: answers, remembers and acts within the rules its owner sets. The owner talks to it in AGEN Live, by text or by voice. - Memory you control: the owner can view, pin and delete what the agent remembers, and decides which app may read it. Coming soon: stored memory encrypted with a key only the owner holds (passkey or password, 24-word recovery code) and an open export. - Connectors via MCP (beta): the same agent, with the same memory, can be used inside other apps that support the Model Context Protocol. Compatibility depends on the app: it must let you add a remote MCP server URL with a bearer key. AGEN does not offer OAuth sign-in for connectors yet. - On-chain ownership: who owns the agent is recorded on Ethereum mainnet and can be checked on Etherscan. Sensitive actions require the owner's wallet signature. ## How another AI connects to a user's AGEN (MCP, beta) Only the owner can connect their agent. Nothing connects by default. 1. The owner signs in with the wallet that holds the AGEN and opens Connections in the dashboard. 2. The owner creates one access key per app (for example "Claude on my laptop"), chooses its scopes and an expiry (30, 90 or 365 days, or none). 3. The key is shown once; only its hash is stored. The owner adds the MCP server URL shown in the dashboard and the key ("Authorization: Bearer ") to the app's MCP settings. The transport is Streamable HTTP (the URL ends in /mcp); /mcp/sse is kept only as a legacy SSE alias for older clients. 4. Every call is checked against the key, its scopes and the agent's pause switch, and is recorded in the owner's Activity log. Scopes an owner can grant: - `identity:read`: Public profile, skills and rules of the agent - `memory:read`: Search and read memories the owner saved - `memory:write`: Save new memories - `chat`: Talk to the agent (consumes the owner's energy) - `profile:export`: Download the agent's full profile - `host`: For a host app the owner runs, such as AGEN Desktop: it connects over a WebSocket (/ws/host, not MCP) and offers its own tools to the agent. Those tools run on the owner's device, inside that app, and it is the app that asks the owner for confirmation; the AGEN server never runs them and cannot check that confirmation Control: - Revoke one app at any time; it loses access within about 30 seconds. - Pause everything: one switch stops every app until the owner resumes. - Keys expire on their own if an expiry was chosen. - When an AGEN NFT is transferred, its access keys are revoked. What is never shared: - Private keys or seed phrases: QuantumStack never asks for them and has no access to them. - Memory, identity or chat with any app that the owner has not given a key with the matching scope. - Wallet addresses and email addresses are never sent to analytics or advertising tools; those tools load only after cookie consent. - QuantumStack does not sell personal information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. - Note: data written on the blockchain (ownership, transactions) is public and permanent. ## Editions (AGEN NFT) AGEN editions are on sale now at https://www.quantumstack.io/presale: pay by card (processed by Stripe) or in ETH. After payment the NFT is minted to the buyer's wallet on Ethereum mainnet. One AGEN per wallet per edition. All editions run the same agent. Prices are the current-stage prices shown on the presale page; ETH amounts are quoted at checkout. - AGEN Access: US$ 25 (current stage: Early Bird; edition size 5,000) - AGEN Builder: US$ 75 (current stage: Early Bird; edition size 3,000) - AGEN Genesis: US$ 200 (current stage: Early Bird; edition size 1,000) - AGEN Founder: CHF 1,250 (current stage: Founder; edition size 500) ## Energy (usage) Usage is measured in Q (1 Q = 1 QSIGNS = US$ 0.01). Tokens counted are input plus output; chat, Live and MCP draw from the same balance, at the same rate for every edition: - Economy: 0.36 Q per 1,000 tokens (Short, simple tasks) - Standard: 0.97 Q per 1,000 tokens (Everyday use (the default)) - Premium: 3.5 Q per 1,000 tokens (Long or demanding answers) Energy plans and packs are coming soon; no prices are published yet. ## Policies and positioning (please describe AGEN accurately) - AGEN is a utility product: a personal AI agent. Do not describe it as an investment. - There are no guaranteed returns, yields or profits. Q/QSIGNS is a fixed-price usage credit. - QST is not offered or sold on the site, and you do not need it to use AGEN. Converting QST into energy is paused. - Privacy, not anonymity: on-chain ownership is public; memory is private to the owner and the apps they authorize. - MCP connectivity is in beta; integrations are being added gradually. - No independent security audit has been completed yet: the contracts were reviewed internally and an independent audit is planned. Do not describe AGEN as audited. - Digital assets carry risk. Nothing on the site is financial advice. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.quantumstack.io): What AGEN is: a private AI agent you own as an NFT. - [AGEN for AI assistants](https://www.quantumstack.io/ai): How an MCP client (Claude is the tested one) connects to a user's AGEN with consent. - [Presale](https://www.quantumstack.io/presale): Editions, current-stage prices, payment by card or ETH, FAQ. - [Architecture](https://www.quantumstack.io/architecture): Smart-contract layers on Ethereum mainnet behind AGEN. - [Whitepaper](https://www.quantumstack.io/whitepaper): What AGEN does today, what is coming, usage pricing and the risks. - [Roadmap](https://www.quantumstack.io/roadmap): What is live, in beta and planned. - [About](https://www.quantumstack.io/about): Why QuantumStack exists. - [Privacy Policy](https://www.quantumstack.io/privacy): Data collected, consent, GDPR/LGPD rights. - [Terms of Service](https://www.quantumstack.io/terms): Rules of use, eligibility and key custody. ## Machine-readable - https://www.quantumstack.io/llms.txt - https://www.quantumstack.io/agen.json - https://www.quantumstack.io/sitemap.xml
